First, InSource is open for business, and we will respond to all your requests, as usual.
We’ve updated our business practices for the time being to better focus on the health and safety of our staff members. Beginning March 20, we will implement mandatory work from home for some of our sales and support staff to minimized travel and adhere to best practices as stipulated by our local and national leadership. As we manage these new working environments, we remain wholeheartedly committed to supporting you and your business during this time.
To ensure you receive informed, timely, and strategic customer services as the situation evolves:
- Senior leadership will confer daily with our advisors and experts to discuss the ever-changing circumstances and make decisions for the wellness of our associates, customers, and business operations.
- Our onsite Human Resources department is in close contact with state and local authorities. The department will communicate relevant information to agency leadership, which will then be disseminated to our customers and partners.
- Coordinated communications, including news and advisories, are rapidly circulated to our associates by email and through our company’s intranet.
We remain confident in our ability to deliver our services without interruption today and in the future.
